Designed for players with slower swing speeds or shorter strokes, the ONIX Supercell Pickleball Paddle brings virtually unrivaled control and touch between the lines. Measuring in at an elongated 16.5” overall length and weighing in at a middle-heavyweight 8.2-ounces on average, this paddle boasts a super-thick 22mm polypropylene honeycomb core. Constructed from 8mm honeycomb cells, this controllable core cushions on impact, returns some energy to the ball, and offers a soft feel that keeps dinks low. Surrounding this core is a carbon fiber power frame filled with foam that adds plow through ability, stability, and works to expand the sweet spot from edge to edge.
The ONIX Supercell Pickleball Paddle leans on a thermoforming process that enables ONIX to securely affix the Graphite hitting surface to its namesake core. The graphite surface stretches across the 7.4” width of this paddle and is coated with a sand paint finish so that it can offer poppy response and ample tack for high RPM spinning shots. A 5.5” handle helps us generate some swing speed and reach shots at the net, while ensuring room for both hands on big back hand shots. Toss in the maneuverability increase of the edgeless design and we have a paddle that we know will help us control the match.
